Rob joined CDCB in September 2023 to lead the organization’s business functions. With more than 25 years of non-profit leadership and development experience, he brings detailed expertise in areas ranging from strategic planning and board development to personnel, budgeting, and front-line fundraising. He has held leadership roles at some of the country’s premier public institutions, including the University of Georgia and the University of Maryland. Rob has also served as executive director at major foundations such as FFA, National 4-H Council, and Maryland 4-H Foundation. This leadership background, along with his appreciation for collaboration in large, complex organizations, make Rob especially qualified to assist CDCB as it seeks to increase capacity to serve customers, stakeholders, and dairy producers.
A dedicated community volunteer, Rob has served in various roles for his local Rotary Club, United Way, and scouting organizations.
